Autobahn & Turway Park

Well we made it to both tracks with no issues. At Autobahn Gordon drove the wheels off to pull a second in class, only to be beaten by seconds. The car pulled a 114mph pass down the back straight. Then it was off to Turway Park. Ofcourse it would not be One Lap without rain. Gordon drove the Autocross event at Turfway under less than ideal conditions. Off to A great start and still going strong!

Things went even better than expected today as one lap kicked off. After our run at the wet skid pad we were second in our class! Then off to Joliet Ill. The car is preforming fantastic. We had a really good run at Autobahn, We'll see how it stood up in points at turfway park.We are now in Kentucky and going to try to get some sleep before the autocross. Thanks for all the comments, I will update you all again as soon as I can.

Ready to Run Again!!!

Well we are here and ready to go. Made the trip from Oregon in 32 hours. To all of you following this from home I will do my best to keep you updated, provided we are able to find time to stop and find internet access. The car seems to be ready to go and both of us manged to get here with enough time to get some sleep and start out well rested. Back On the Porch

Well, the A-Team is home again. I am finally updating the blog. For those of you who have been following this, our last update had us still in Oklahoma. After several trips back and forth to Tulsa at 10:00 pm Wednesday we were back underway. There was not enough time to catch up at Virginia so we headed to Beaver Run Pennsylvania. Update from oklahoma

We are still here in Blackwell OK. The good news is the parts we need have been fed ex'd to us. We pick them up tomorrow morning at the Tulsa airport. Gary at Bobs's transmission in Ponca City Ok. is pulling out the bad parts as I write this. The next time you are in Ponca City stop and say Hi to Gary and his crew they have been an incredible help to us while here.
